Congrats to the US men’s hockey team for winning their first gold medal in 46 years 2-1 over Canada. I was lucky to catch a period and half of the game while grabbing breakfast at the local grocery story. The only time I’ve been more on edge watching a sporting event is when my alma mater is driving me crazy (missing free throws galore).

I haven’t had reason to share any other writers work lately because there hasn’t been much out there and I don’t believe I’ve hawked any products in years. However, S Preston has produced some artwork commemorating the victory. His specialty is minimalist art-ballparks, stadiums and mascots. He’s also dabbled in Disney and Star Wars. He’s a tremendous talent and his baseball art is in the Hall of Fame. I was lucky enough to connect with him a few years ago at a game and watch him at work. His prints make a great gift for friends.
