Had I not been working on the 18th and 19th, I probably would have consumed both games in their entirety. I’m not a fan of the Cubs radio crew calling the games off TV monitors from Wrigley Field, but I loved the 4/5 a.m. first pitches.
I love early morning baseball games and despite the fact the Cubs lost both games, I enjoyed listening to the rebroadcasts later those nights. Even listening to the Cubs lose is better than Bears pre-draft talk.

I watch a lot of NPB during baseball season, so I’m kind of used to getting up early like a psycho. They were both entertaining games.
