There was a time not too long ago when guys writing for AP had some credibility, but I’m assuming that AP has lost most of their better sportswriters. Some guy, likely an AIbot, wrote a piece about the Dodgers.
Whoever assigned this writer this story is more a lamebrain than the guy writing about how impressive the Dodgers’ top of the lineup is with the acquisition of Shohei Ohtani. It took him more than a couple of weeks to figure that Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman and Ohtani make for a formidable 1-3.
I’m not sure what baseball he’s been watching for the past few years if he had no idea what Ohtani’s addition to Los Angeles’s lineup means.
